YOGA FLOW - SEATED TO STANDING POSES

A yoga class that offers poses in a flow (continuous movement linked with your breath) where there are no poses offered in a kneeling position where you would bear weight on hands and knees. In this class we will start either laying down or seated and move into standing poses. Towards the end of class we will come back down into a seated and then lying position on our yoga mats. This class does not require repeated movement of getting up and down from the floor. These classes are challenging in ways that are accessible for everyone. I will explain the use of props throughout class. Take class at your own pace and do what feels best for you.

GENTLE YOGA

A 60 minute class that incorporates a class with flowing movement that connects to your breathing. A slower paced class that allows for intentional movement. This class will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

CHAIR YOGA

This yoga class is done entirely from a seated position in a chair. This class is taught in a flow with movement of the entire body. We will use props such as blocks and straps in our seated chair pose. Class is cloncluded with a guided meditation to help further relaxation. There will also be focus on the breath throughout class. You may be surprised at what you can do in a chair class and how much you can get out of it!
