It's fun! I like to make yoga light hearted while I'm teaching and hope that my students enjoy the practice. It is meant to be a full experience of a calming practice with challenges that you feel comfortable with. I track your progress and goals and design your next class at your level.
PRIVATE YOGA COMES WITH
A 30 minute virtual session prior to our first yoga class that includes an introduction and we discuss what you are looking to get out of yoga.
Props for each class, you just show up!
